Cell Empire has no player accounts of its own; optional cloud saves go through Google Play Games. The notes below cover the most common questions; for anything else, contact the developer.
Progress is stored locally on the device. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game removes the local save. If Settings show a Cloud save section, tap “Save to the cloud” to keep a copy in Google Play Games, and “Load from the cloud” to bring it back after reinstalling or on another device.
Check the connection and try again later. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion; closing an unfinished ad does not grant it.
Send a screenshot together with the device model, Android version, display size, and font-size settings so the layout can be reproduced.
Open Menu, then Settings. Where required, the Privacy options action reopens the Google consent form.
