1. Who is responsible for data
Cell Empire is published by Genexys. For privacy questions, contact magicilusha@gmail.com.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the Cell Empire mobile game. The game has no registration or Genexys accounts of its own, no chat, and no user-generated content uploads. For optional cloud saves, the game can use your Google Play Games profile (section 4).
The game does not request access to contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone, and does not ask for a name or email address to play.
Entry 03
3. Data stored on your device
Game progress, audio preferences, tutorial state, and related timestamps are stored locally on the device. Genexys does not receive the contents of the local save; the game sends a copy to Google Play Games only when you ask it to (section 4).
On iOS, an optional one-time purchase through Apple removes banners and automatic ads; optional rewarded videos remain. Apple processes payment and purchase history. The game receives a verified purchase entitlement and stores it separately from game progress to apply and restore ad removal. The developer does not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password. Deleting game progress does not cancel the purchase; it can be restored using the same Apple Account.
You can remove the local save through the operating system’s clear-app-data control or by uninstalling the game.

4. Cloud saves in Google Play Games
Cloud saves are optional: the game works fully without them. Where the feature is available, the game uses Google Play Games Services. When the game starts, Google Play Games may sign you in automatically if you have a Play Games profile. The service then shares your Play Games gamer identity with the game: your player ID, gamer name, and avatar. The game uses the sign-in only to reach its cloud save and does not send this identity to analytics or advertising. The game does not receive your Google Account email address or password.
When you tap “Save to the cloud” in Settings, the game sends Google Play Games a copy of your current save, a short description such as “Run N, epoch M”, and a numeric progress value that lets the service keep the more advanced copy when two devices disagree. Google keeps one such copy linked to your Play Games profile, and each new save replaces it. Genexys does not store it on servers of its own.
“Load from the cloud” reads that copy and replaces the progress on the device only after you confirm. Firebase Analytics and PostHog receive only the outcome of the action (for example, saved, not signed in, or failed), never the contents of the save.
You can delete the cloud copy and other Play Games data for this game from your Google Play Games profile (play.google.com/games/profile), and delete your whole Play Games profile with all of its game data there or in your Google Account (myaccount.google.com). Automatic sign-in to games can be turned off in Google Play Games settings.

5. Analytics
Firebase Analytics and PostHog receive events about interaction with the menu, tutorial, organisms, merges, epochs, research, prestige, cloud saves, and advertising actions. Events contain gameplay metrics but not your name, email address, user-entered text, or the complete game board.
To distinguish individual player behavior without requiring an account, PostHog creates a pseudonymous profile for each installation using a random identifier and technical label. It does not identify the user's real identity. Reinstalling the game or clearing app data creates a new profile.
In release builds, Firebase Crashlytics and PostHog Error Tracking receive crash reports, error traces, and technical app-version and device information so the developer can identify and fix stability problems. The contents of the local game save are intentionally not added to these reports.
For Google Play installs, the game receives the install source and campaign labels, immediately converts them into limited normalized categories, and sends those categories to analytics. The raw Google Play referrer string, advertising click identifiers, and referral timestamps are not retained or sent to Firebase Analytics or PostHog.
In release builds, PostHog Session Replay may create screen recordings of the visible game interface, taps, and navigation to identify confusing actions and technical problems. Advertising and other third-party surfaces are masked and excluded from recordings; the game has no forms, chat, or user-entered text.
These services may automatically process app version, operating-system type and version, device model or category, language, approximate region, network data, IP address, and service-specific or resettable identifiers under their own policies.

6. Advertising and consent
Google Mobile Ads provides banner, rewarded, interstitial, and app-open advertising. Google may process the advertising identifier, IP address, device information, diagnostics, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, limit frequency, and prevent abuse.
In Android versions containing the Mintegral adapter, rewarded advertising for users in Russia may be supplied by Mintegral (Mobvista) through AdMob mediation. This provider may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, and ad interactions under its own privacy policy.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) requests and stores consent choices where required. Personalized-ad availability depends on region, device settings, and the choice made.

7. Why data is used
Data is used to operate the game, preserve settings, keep optional cloud saves, understand onboarding and progression, balance the economy, measure stability, deliver and measure advertising, limit advertising frequency, and prevent fraud.
Where applicable law requires consent, the relevant processing relies on consent; other necessary processing supports delivery of the game and legitimate interests in improving and protecting it.
Entry 08
8. Service providers
Mintegral (Mobvista) is an additional rewarded advertising provider in Android versions containing its adapter, when selected by AdMob mediation.
Google LLC provides Firebase Analytics, Firebase Remote Config, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Mobile Ads, UMP, and Google Play Games Services. PostHog, Inc. provides product analytics, Error Tracking, and Session Replay through infrastructure in the United States. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Entry 09
9. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until app data is cleared or the game is uninstalled. The cloud copy remains in Google Play Games until you delete this game’s data or your whole Play Games profile, which you can do from your Google Play Games profile (play.google.com/games/profile) or your Google Account. Analytics and advertising retention periods depend on project settings and provider policies.
Send access or deletion requests to magicilusha@gmail.com. Because analytics events are not linked to any account, including a Play Games profile, it may not always be technically possible to associate an event with a particular person.

10. Security and international processing
SDK data is transmitted over secured connections and project access is restricted. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, using the international-transfer mechanisms they make available.

12. Your choices and requests
Where required by UMP, advertising privacy options can be reopened from the game. You can also reset or limit the Android advertising identifier, clear local app data, or uninstall the game.
You can play without cloud saves. Automatic sign-in to games can be turned off in Google Play Games settings, and this game’s Play Games data can be deleted from your Google Play Games profile.
Contact the developer to request access, correction, deletion, or objection where applicable.
